The image: Unspoken words into organic visions (work in progress)

Drums are  not drums ( portrait 1 ). Objects to consider as potential sound tools and sonorities approach out from traditional instruments, or in addition to them as the main instrument. First of all we want to consider snare drums as resonators. Snare drums are  natural amplifiers.

STEP TWO - Represent the movements and the sound while the musician is playing in a  3d graphics animation rendering.

Installation/Performative Set

 

STEP THREE - Each  animation will be one letter, and each letter a partiture to conduct another musician. At least 4 partitures are necessaries before we invite a musician to perform the composition.

 

STEP FOUR - Record again the performer in video while she/he is following the partiture, and integrate the new 3d partitures to next performance making blendings between the oldests and the newest partitures.

 

This project is supported and in collaboration with Artist in Residence, Krems, Austria.

 

We will publish the final results soon as part of the graphics will construct the partiture and the installation for solo improvisers and small ensembles
