First they were Los Idiotes and recorded in the Pompeu Fabra University his first release in 2007 publishing it at AMP Records. They had being playing in many different projects since 2004. Scratchstickers is Working Now in the New album. Julio Clavijo VISUAL/SOUND ARTIST is a guitar player focused on improvisation..freejazz..and electronics...he has played and collaborated with many mexican and international musicians... such as.. JOHN ZORN.. WILLIAM WINANT... GERMAN BRINGAS..PAULINE OLIVEROS...YOSHIDA TATSUYA.. and open show for SONIC YOUTH with I/C/O/C.on their mexican tour. Julian Bonequi based in Barcelona. An active member of the Collective of Spanish improvisers Musicalibre and the FOCO Orchestra. At the end of 90's he played in a lot of psicodelic bands, rock in oposition and other folkloric fusions of contemporary music in Mexico City as Decibel. Performing and opening shows... Magma, John Wetton, Le Orme... Parallelly - he develops in Free Jazz Scene, Noise and Free Improvisation.. playing with many musicians as guest: London Improvisers Orchestra, Hans Tammen & Ursel Schlicht, Germán Bringas... w/The F.O.C.O. Orchestra in Madrid, conducted by Keith Tippett, Eddie Prévost, William Parker, David Leahy, Michael Fischer. With Dave Tucker & Ricardo Tejero produced Machinations of Joy. And is also member of Pandillismo w/Rogelio Sosa, Mario de Vega and Juan Pablo Villa |
